Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened products may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
